Change the Calculation Method to Full Radiosity

• Pull down the Calculate menu again and select Full Radiosity Method.
• Adjacent to the Calculate button is the Subdivision button, click it so that it is disabled.
• Click the Calculate button. This process will take longer than the Direct Only method as the engine is now considering light reflecting from the room surfaces.

Notice our Statistics now. We have come much closer to our 25 fc target.

Remember, the Zonal Cavity method used by Room Estimator is an “Estimate” based on some mathematical shortcuts. It is typically very close but it is never as accurate as a point-by-point calculation.
